Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, product launches, sales, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia.

International shipping may be added in the future. Please contact us before ordering if you are outside Australia and would like to check possible shipping options.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and available shipping options.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These offers will be shown clearly on our website or at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within Australia are generally:

Standard Shipping: 5–14business days
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days, where available

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email or SMS, where tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your parcel has been dispatched.

EYEVOYAGE is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

We will work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue.

Pre-Order or Custom Items

Some items may be made to order, custom printed, embroidered, or available as pre-order products.

These items may have longer processing and shipping times. Any estimated timeframe will be shown on the product page where possible.

Authority to Leave

Some delivery providers may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.

EYEVOYAGE is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the shipping provider but are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
